Every Lumen Rhythms engagement begins with a meticulously defined Scope of Work (SOW). This document, agreed upon by both parties, clearly outlines the services to be provided, including conceptualization, design, production, logistics, and post-event analysis. It specifies all deliverables, from master plans and technical riders to final reports and asset handovers, ensuring complete alignment on project expectations and outcomes.

We establish a comprehensive project timeline with key milestones for each phase of production. These milestones, including creative approvals, technical specifications finalization, vendor agreements, and on-site readiness, are crucial for timely and efficient delivery. Fair Policies for Financial Clarity

  • Payment Schedule & Methods

    A detailed payment schedule, typically involving an initial deposit, progress payments tied to milestones, and a final payment upon completion, will be outlined in your service agreement. We accept bank transfers and major credit cards for convenience.

  • Cancellation Policy & Refunds

    Cancellation terms vary based on project phase and incurred costs. A clear policy, including potential forfeiture of deposits and payment for work completed up to the point of cancellation, will be detailed in your contract. Refund procedures will commence upon mutual agreement and adherence to the outlined terms.

  • Late Payment Fees & Consequences

Equipment & Property Damage Policies

We take utmost care of all equipment and property. Damage to Lumen Rhythms or third-party equipment, or venue property, resulting from client actions or negligence, will be a client responsibility. Our policy details procedures for assessment, reporting, and resolution of any such incidents.

Third-Party Vendor & Contractor Terms

When engaging third-party vendors or contractors on behalf of the client, Lumen Rhythms LLC ensures their adherence to our high standards and applicable regulations.
